The African Leadership University (ALU) is seeking a Centre for Entrepreneurial Leadership Manager. This role is critical in leading and scaling ALU's entrepreneurial ecosystem. The CFE Manager will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of all entrepreneurship programs, ensuring high-quality support and resources are available to ALU students and alumni to launch and grow impactful ventures. The CFE Manager will be a driving force in fostering a thriving entrepreneurial culture at ALU, building key partnerships, and ensuring programs are impactful, well-managed, and continuously improving to meet the evolving needs of ALU’s entrepreneurial community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a serial entrepreneur or founder/early employee in a high-impact startup
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical ability and understanding of business models
  • Experience in analyzing and systematically evaluating ventures and their potential
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging and building relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience managing corporate relationships within an innovation or entrepreneurship program
