ALU is seeking a Senior Associate for Health Ecosystems (HECO) to support health leadership programs, research initiatives, and funding mobilization efforts for health institutions in Rwanda. The Healthcare team at ALU is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes in Africa through innovation, collaboration, and impact. This role involves program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data management.
The Senior Associate will work with public and private healthcare institutions, donors, healthcare executives, and policy organizations to align program outcomes with national healthcare goals. They will also track and report program performance metrics and prepare reports for funders.
