AppDirect is seeking a Global HR Technology Specialist to join their People Operations team. This role is based in Montreal, Canada. The Global HR Technology Specialist will report to the Senior Manager, People Operations, and will function as a Human Resources technology subject matter expert.
The Global HR Technology Specialist will partner closely with members of the People Operations team, HR functional leads, and business stakeholders. They will be responsible for key systems administration to HR technology.
In this role, the candidate will:
- Consult with HR and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR functional leads
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Provide support for queries and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain documentation
- Participate in special projects
AppDirect is looking for candidates that has:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business or related field
- Minimum of 4 years related Human Resources technology experience at the specialist level, with functional knowledge of HR principles and best practices
- Minimum 4 years experience in Workday HCM, business process configuration, integrations, EIBs, and security models
- Minimum 4 years Workday Report Writer experience
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite products, with advanced proficiency of MS Excel/Google Sheets
