AppDirect is seeking a Software Developer with Ruby on Rails experience to join their team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The ideal candidate will have a team-first mentality and a passion for solving challenging problems and creating innovative solutions.This role involves:
- Participating in solutions design, both technical and business
- Writing top-notch code quickly and effectively
- Implementing efficient and reusable components that drive a complex web application
- Balancing immediate business objectives against the long-term architectural vision
- 3-5 years of backend software engineering experience
- Experience with Ruby on Rails (mandatory) and React, Javascript, NextJS (preferred)
- Experience with Postgres, SQL, MySQL
- Knowledge of SSO technologies and products utilizing SAML, OAuth, and SCIM
- Fluency in English and Spanish
