Job Description

Archer Aviation, an aerospace company focused on electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, is seeking a Manager of Flight Training. • Lead the development of flight training for Archer Air.
• Build and manage Archer Air’s pilot training academy.
• Develop and deploy flight training using the latest technologies and methods.
• Work with training device manufacturers to align deployment and certification timelines.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional pilot training management experience.
• Expert knowledge of pilot flight training regulations and guidance.
• Extensive experience working with regulatory authorities.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects and team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Optimistic, innovative, and results-driven problem-solving skills.

The role offers:

• A base pay between $172,800.00 - $192,000.00, with the actual compensation based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
