Harbinger Motors, an electric vehicle startup, is seeking an IT Operations Manager in Garden Grove, CA to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The IT Operations Manager will oversee the daily management and strategic direction of IT systems, ensuring excellent service, reliability, and security. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in IT service management and a passion for clean transportation.Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of IT support specialists.
- Developing IT policies and best practices.
- Collaborating with all departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Managing vendor relationships and procurement for hardware/software.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Overseeing endpoint device and asset management.
- Administering identity & access management (IAM) and security policies.
- Providing network support and overseeing collaboration tools.
- 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management methodologies such as ITIL.
- Strong expertise in supporting Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS administration and IAM solutions.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
