The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring the successful delivery of AXS solutions, and providing exceptional service and support. They will also act as a key market expert, proactively researching and communicating with clients to strengthen relationships, anticipate needs, and serve as their go-to resource.

Role Involves:
  • Managing a portfolio of assigned clients

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of account management experience in ticketing or live entertainment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office
  • JLPT N1 level of proficiency
  • Proven ability to master new software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
