Global Care Navigator - Romania at Spring Health

Spring Health is seeking a Global Care Navigator to join their team. This role is fully remote and based in Romania. The Global Care Navigator will assist members through their mental health care journey, ensuring satisfaction with the Spring Health experience.

Role involves:

• Interacting with and supporting patients via phone, chat, and email in Romanian and English.
• Managing care coordination needs, including platform sign-up, troubleshooting, and scheduling appointments.
• Conducting clinical needs assessments and referring members to appropriate care.
• Managing member crises, such as suicide risk, with in-the-moment support and safety planning.
• Providing consultation and psycho-education to address mental health concerns.
• Identifying and resolving issues that disrupt care.
• Researching and documenting crisis resources for members in different countries.
• Summarizing patient interactions in English within Spring Health’s systems.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth member experience.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in a behavioral health field.
• Licensure or certification as a counselor, social worker, psychotherapist, or psychologist.
• Fully bilingual in English and Romanian.
• 2+ years of direct clinical care experience post licensure.
• Comfortable using multiple computer platforms.
