Managing Counsel, Employment Legal - France at Remote - Referral Board

Remote is looking for a Managing Counsel, Employment Legal to join their Legal Team. This role is an individual contributor position, focusing on providing pragmatic and innovative legal solutions for Remote’s products and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about tech, particularly HR tech, and possess excellent analytical and organizational skills.

The Managing Counsel will advise on a wide range of employment law issues across multiple jurisdictions, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective completion of projects, and contribute to the Legal Team's knowledge base.

Responsibilities:

• Advising on employment law issues across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely and effective project completion
• Contributing to the Legal Team's knowledge base
• Mastering employment law and contracts for specific regions and subject matters
• Identifying company-wide employment law legal issues and implementing solutions
• Contributing to the Legal team’s growth and structure
• Building relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Qualified French lawyer
• Experience in advisory and contentious employment law
• Passion for tech products, especially HR tech
• Previous in-house experience in HR Tech, IT, or SAAS
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and French
