Manager, Payroll Operations - DACH at Remote - Referral Board

Remote is seeking a Manager, Payroll Operations for the DACH region to join their Global Payroll Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing the payroll chapter, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with country-specific regulations.

The role involves:

• Providing guidance and mentorship to the Payroll team.
• Serving as a point of contact for payroll-related matters.
• Staying up to date with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Managing relationships with payroll service providers.
• Developing and implementing best practices and key performance indicators.

Requirements include:

• Experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent English and native German.
