Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to join their Global Payroll Operations Team. This role is crucial for navigating global employment compliantly. The Payroll Specialist Lead will act as a subject matter expert for Brazil, managing end-to-end payroll processes, statutory filing requirements, and compliance. They will also focus on KPIs and SLAs, implement process improvements, and mentor payroll specialists.
Role involves: - Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Processing full end-to-end payroll in-house.

Requirements: - In-house payroll management or equivalent experience.

- Fluency in written and spoken English.
