Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team, focusing on the Benelux region. This role involves driving net new business for Remote as a pure hunter.

The Account Executive will assist customers to fully experience Remote’s Global HR Platform. They will respond to incoming queries and help customers understand how to maximise Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs. The role embodies Remote's value of Transparency.

Responsibilities:

  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
  • Efficiently present and deliver all information to potential clients.
  • Answer potential client questions promptly and follow up.
  • Collaborate and communicate with key internal departments.
  • Close sales deals efficiently, guiding clients through the process.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Identify new opportunities and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Self-generate leads through telephone contact, cold calls, networking, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Dutch and English.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor.
  • Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
