Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team in the DACH region. The company is focused on solving global remote organizations’ biggest challenge: employing anyone anywhere compliantly. This role is a pure hunting role, driving net new business for Remote. Responsibilities:
  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of opportunities.
  • Present information to potential clients and answer questions promptly.
  • Collaborate with key departments.
  • Close sales deals while guiding clients through the process.
  • Self-generate leads through various channels.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Proven success in building customer relationships.
  • Native or professional fluency in German, excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Ability to confidently build outbound sales pipeline.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry.
  • Ability to build trust with a client and work as an advisor.
  • Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis.
  • Experience in the HR industry a plus.
