The Account Executive will be responsible for driving net new business and helping customers maximize Remote’s Global HR Platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes.
  • Maintaining a clean pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
  • Presenting information to potential clients and answering questions.
  • Collaborating internally with key departments.
  • Closing sales deals efficiently.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Identifying new opportunities and managing the sales cycle.
  • Self-generating leads through various methods.


Requirements:
  • Fluent level of German and English.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivation and self-direction.
  • Efficient multitasking and time management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and sales processes.
  • Ability to initiate and convert prospects and close deals.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection resolution skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and strong customer service skills.
