Job Description
Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team. This is a future talent opportunity to connect with professionals for potential roles in 2025 and beyond. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving net new business for Remote in the UKI region.

Role Involves:
  • Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of volume-based, high-velocity opportunities.
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients efficiently.
  • Proactively answering client questions and following up promptly.
  • Collaborating with key departments to support client processes and experience.
  • Closing sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas based on role level.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Identifying new opportunities and designing solutions for small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Self-generating leads through telephone calls, cold calls, networking, and industry events.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and industry position.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines.
  • Ability to build trust with clients and work as an advisor.
  • Capable of forecasting sales to achieve targets on a monthly basis.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
