Remote is seeking an Account Manager SMB for the Benelux region. The company is focused on solving the challenges of global remote organizations by enabling them to compliantly employ anyone, anywhere. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in retaining and growing existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic relationship management.

The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, identifying expansion opportunities, and presenting Remote’s suite of services. The Account Manager will own and nurture customer relationships, build strategic partnerships, and design solutions tailored to small and mid-sized businesses. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales cycle and exceed quota.
  • Identify new expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Present Remote’s services to existing customers.
  • Own customer relationships and build strategic partnerships.
  • Understand customer needs and design solutions.
  • Generate customer retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Account Management or related SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven ability in retaining and growing accounts.
  • Success in building customer relationships.
  • Proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to create and execute sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude.
