Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their team and contribute to their mission of enabling global remote organizations to compliantly employ anyone, anywhere. This role focuses on connecting with talent for future opportunities, specifically for strategic growth in 2025 and beyond. Role involves:
- Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects.
- Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
- Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Proven business development success using sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
- Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
