The role involves responding to and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new sales prospects, and communicating Remote's value propositions.   • Responding to and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them.
  • Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions.
  • Providing support to the Account Executive team.
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Cold calling into prospects generated by variety of outside sources.
  • Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions.
What you need to bring:
  • Fluent level of German and English.
  • Proven business development success using core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
