Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role is focused on helping prospective and active customers experience Remote’s Global HR Platform.Remote is solving the biggest challenge for global remote organizations: employing anyone, anywhere, compliantly. The company enables businesses of all sizes to employ a global team by handling global payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance.
Responsibilities: - Responding to and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions.
- Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Educating and developing prospects.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of sources.
- Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions.
Requirements: - Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
- Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) and excellent listening skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and new ideas.
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- Native Italian is required with a fluency of English and Spanish
