Job Description
Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the UKI region. This is a future talent opportunity to connect with Remote as they plan for growth in 2025 and beyond. The role involves qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new prospects, and communicating Remote's value propositions. Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. They make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams.
  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects
  • Provide support to Account Executive team as needed
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
Requirements:
  • Proven business development success
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha
  • Previous SDR experience in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic and tactical thinking abilities
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Fluent English
