West Cancer Center is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to screen, recruit, and interview applicants for job vacancies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a proactive role in filling positions and demonstrates urgency in work matters. They will consult with management, maintain relationships, and stay updated on HR practices. The role involves utilizing ATS and databases for applicant tracking and new hire processing.
Responsibilities:
- Recruits and refers qualified applicants.
- Conducts phone screenings as necessary.
- Extends job offers and initiates onboarding.
- Counsels employees on employment procedures.
- Develops pipeline for future opportunities.
- Compiles confidential and statistical data.
- Supports department policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in HR Recruitment using applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
