Job Description

The role is for a Chef de Projet Conduite du Changement Assurance H/F at CAPFI, for a client based in Paris. The candidate will work with business, MOA, and development teams on projects involving SI migration/implementation, SI redesign, and digitalization.

Role involves:

• Analyzing existing systems
• Gathering and analyzing business needs
• Writing general and detailed functional specifications
• Participating in the validation phase
• Writing test plans, monitoring and executing test cases, and managing anomalies
• Monitoring production releases
• Participating in change management
• Writing documentation and providing training and functional support to users

Requirements:

• Engaged, dynamic, and adaptable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of insurance business, change management, and new organization management
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management
• Bac +5 degree or equivalent
