Job Description
CAPFI is seeking a Consultant in Digital Customer Journey-Insurance to join their team in Paris. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams on projects involving system migration, system redesign, and digitalization. This role requires strong communication and project management skills, as well as experience in the insurance industry.

Role involves:
  • Conducting pre-studies and evolution studies.
  • Maintaining client relationships and gathering user requirements.
  • Collecting, understanding, and documenting needs.
  • Specifying requirements and answering questions from development teams.
  • Performing acceptance testing of evolutions.
  • Creating reports.

Requirements:
  • Engaged, dynamic, and adaptable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance businesses: IARD, providence, health, savings...
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Bac +5 degree or equivalent.
  • Comfortable with Agile methodologies.
  • Imperative digital-client subscription experience
