Capfi, a digital transformation services company based in Paris, London, and Casablanca, is seeking a talented Recruiter to join their team in Paris. The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented and thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
As a Talent Recruiter, the individual will take the lead in attracting top technical and functional talent within various markets, including Finance, Banking & Insurance, Industry, Services, and Media. They will continuously innovate and improve the candidate experience, while collaborating with the team to offer the best possible experience.
Reporting to the Banking & Insurance market, the recruiter will work closely with Business Managers to understand client needs. After training on Capfi's methods, they will independently conduct candidate searches and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to contract signing.
Role involves:
- Leading 360° recruitment for consultants
- Improving candidate experience and participating in internal projects
- Innovating recruitment strategies
- Representing Capfi at career events
Requirements:
- Experience in IT recruitment (agency, consulting firm, or ESN)
- Organized and able to manage multiple activities
- Charismatic with excellent communication skills
- Conversational English is mandatory
- Team spirit
- Reactive and hardworking
- Commercial temperament and strong service orientation
