Job Description

CAPFI is seeking a Business Unit Manager for the Insurance sector to join their team in Paris. This role involves developing commercial strategies within the Banking & Insurance division, managing a team of 30, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of the Paris office, manage consultants, and implement ambitious commercial strategies.

Role involves:

• Participating in the development of an agency in reconstruction
• Managing a team of 30 employees
• Accompanying and managing consultants
• Developing and implementing an ambitious and sustainable commercial strategy.
• Serving as a key liaison between CAPFI, its consultants, and its clients
• Recruiting and supporting consultants in close collaboration with the recruiter

Requirements:

• Bac+5 education
• Experience within an ESN (Entreprise de Services du Numérique) is preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and rigor
• Experience in hunting and nurturing commercial opportunities
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance sector
• Proactive and client-focused approach
