Business Analyst

Job Description

CAPFI, a human-sized ESN driven by technological expertise and innovation, seeks a Business Analyst to join their team in Paris. The role involves collaborating with clients on strategic projects that blend IT, innovation, and financial considerations. The Business Analyst will be part of CAPFI Technology, the entity based in Paris and London specializing in IT and financial markets. They will work within a client team, contributing to the evolution and maintenance of information systems.

The Business Analyst's responsibilities include working with various departments to enhance client products and systems.

Role involves:

• Collecting and analyzing business needs
• Writing detailed specifications
• Defining and executing test plans
• Planning and monitoring user acceptance testing
• Providing functional support (level 2-3)
• Training users and writing user manuals
• Participating in data dictionary creation
• Contributing to continuous improvement of client products

Requirements:

• Willingness to challenge oneself in a demanding environment
• Curiosity, organization, and passion for finance and/or IT
• Technical (SQL) and/or functional knowledge in financial markets
• Engineering or business school degree (or equivalent)
• Experience in Agile environments
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
• Willingness to work in English-speaking environments
