CAPFI, a company focused on digital transformation with locations in Paris, London, and Casablanca, is seeking a Business Manager to join their Finance team. They are looking for someone passionate about creating relationships and sharing values.This individual will be responsible for developing a major account and multiple secondary accounts within their designated area, with the goal of achieving growth targets.
Role Involves: - Defining the commercial strategy per client
- Monitoring and developing the existing client portfolio
- Prospecting and developing future clients
- Managing and coordinating references
- Negotiating contracts and prices
- Participating in the recruitment process for future consultants
- Coaching consultants for interviews
- Participating in the company's innovation and transformation projects
Requirements: - Sales-oriented, persuasive, determined, persevering, and committed
- Sociable, humble, curious, team-oriented, and responsible
- Concerned with ethics and a desire to act for the long term
- Engineering or business school background (Master's equivalent)
- Knowledge of Finance and Banking
- Successful sales experience in the IT service world
- Between 1 and 5 years of experience as a salesperson in an ESN or firm
