Job Description

CAPFI is seeking a Project Manager to join its Finance and Investment Banking (CIB) team. The role is based in Paris. CAPFI is an ESN company with a focus on technological expertise and a strong culture of innovation, offering a stimulating work environment and a human-centric approach.

The Project Manager will be part of CAPFI Technology, an entity based in Paris and London that brings together expertise in IT and financial markets. The consultant will co-construct strategic projects combining innovation, IT, and financial stakes with clients.

Role Involves:

• Coordinating teams and acting as the primary point of contact.
• Participating in continuous improvement of solutions.
• Participating in steering committees and project arbitrations.
• Managing team planning and budget.
• Ensuring coordination between sponsors and IT teams.
• Organizing team sprints.
• Ensuring the quality of improvements delivered.
• Collecting and analyzing business needs.
• Participating in data modeling and writing specifications.
• Defining and executing test plans.
• Planning and monitoring user acceptance and training.
• Ensuring the evolution of existing systems.

Requirements:

• Willingness to challenge oneself in a demanding environment.
• Curiosity, organization, and passion for finance and/or IT.
• Solid technical skills (SQL) and functional skills in financial markets.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and a desire to share knowledge.
• Willingness to work in English-speaking environments.
