Job Description

A Commando en finance de marché H/F position is available at CAPFI, located in Paris. This role involves working directly with traders, sales teams, and portfolio managers within a major Banking and Financial Institution or Asset Management firm. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and user support of pricing tools, risk analysis systems, and decision-making aids, utilizing rapid development techniques.

Role Involves:

• Designing, developing (C#, Python, and/or Java), and supporting users by providing evolutionary maintenance and training.
• Deploying tools for users, including traders, sales teams, and middle/back-office staff.
• Developing and improving existing tools.
• Testing developed tools.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Bac +5 degree (or equivalent) in IT & Finance.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience (including internships) as a commando within a Banking and Financial Institution or Asset Management firm.
• Dedication to meeting user needs.
• Ability to withstand the stress of a trading floor, agility, and capability to respond effectively to user requests.
