Support technico-fonctionnel finance de marché - H/F

Job Description

CAPFI Technology is seeking a Support technico-fonctionnel to join its Finance de Marché team. The candidate will collaborate with front office, IT, and regulatory teams within a Banque de Financement & Investissement - CIB. The role involves providing technical and functional support to operational and IT teams, focusing on the financial markets.

Role Involves:

• Monitoring the production chain
• Communicating incidents to Business teams (sales, traders)
• Investigating defects in production
• Assisting users of the technical platform applications
• Implementing monitoring tools
• Responding to user requests for changes

Requirements:

• Willingness to challenge oneself in a demanding environment
• Organized and able to manage stressful situations
• Knowledge of finance and/or IT
• Technical skills (SQL) and/or functional knowledge in financial markets
• Degree from an engineering or business school or equivalent
• Ability to work in Agile environments
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work in English-speaking environments
