Job Description

NOV by Capfi is seeking a skilled FullStack Developer/Junior Lead Developer to join their team. The role involves contributing to the digital transformation of companies. The developer will work on projects from ideation to the development of business applications, supporting clients in their innovation stages.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in development and proficiency in Angular, Java, SGBD, with a strong background in Docker / Cloud, Git, CI/CD, and Testing. They should be able to communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills. The candidate must be organized, rigorous, and attentive to quality, clean code, and best practices.

Role Involves:

• Designing and developing applications using relevant architectures, frameworks, and technologies.
• Coding with an involved team and carrying the technical vision of the product.
• Ensuring functional aspects are well-integrated and performance is optimized.
• Implementing good development practices within the team (Tests, automation, code review).
• Industrializing processes using DevOps practices (Participating in or implementing DevOps and CI/CD solutions).

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in development
• Proficiency in Angular, Java, SGBD
• Solid background in Docker / Cloud, Git, CI/CD, Testing
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to quality and clean code
• Bachelor's degree (Bac +5)
