Job Description

NOV by CAPFI, specializes in digital transformation, is seeking a Product Owner to join their team in Paris. The Product Owner will play a crucial role in the technological division, supporting clients on various missions, from gathering business needs to validating product features.

The Product Owner will work according to Agile methodologies and design thinking principles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a talent for synthesis, have a first experience in digital project management, and hold a Bac +5 level degree.

Role Involves:

• Accompanying and train team members in Agile practices.
• Collecting business needs and facilitating workshops.
• Creating and prioritizing User Stories.
• Maintaining the product Backlog and tracking KPIs.
• Validating product functionalities before production release.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and design thinking.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and synthesis skills.
• Initial experience in digital project management.
• A Bac +5 level degree.
