Job Description

CAPFI is seeking a Tech Lead FullStack Java / JavaScript to join its team in Paris. This role is within the Industry & Services sector, focusing on providing expertise and services to businesses.

The Tech Lead will be involved in managing internal CAPFI projects, responding to calls for tenders, conducting functional and technical studies, and supervising production. They will also be responsible for mentoring internal resources, staying updated on technological innovations, and actively participating in the recruitment process for CAPFI.

Role Involves:

• Managing internal CAPFI projects
• Responding to calls for tenders and creating budget estimations
• Conducting functional and technical studies
• Supervising production and ensuring its correct operation
• Mentoring and animating internal resource groups
• Staying up to date on technology innovations
• Acting as technical referent for CAPFI teams
• Responding to internal technical requests
• Actively participating in the recruitment process for CAPFI

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, JavaEE, Angular, React, React Native, Python, Strapi, and Node.js
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, and Firebase
• Experience with SGBD such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Knowledge of Agile (SCRUM) methodologies
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, Nexus, and Azure DevOps
• Good knowledge of Linux is a plus
