Global Revenue Director

Job Description

Inizio is seeking a Global Revenue Director to lead and scale a brand-new centralized revenue team. The Global Revenue Director will play an important role in shaping the future of revenue recognition at Inizio. The role involves guiding transformational change, establishing the best processes, advocating automation, and ensuring seamless integration of revenue operations across a fast-growing, global business. The Global Revenue Controller will report into to the Head of Global Order to Cash with a dotted line into the Head of Group Finance. This role based in Manchester, UK, on a hybrid basis.

• Lead the centralized Revenue function, ensuring global consistency.
• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Integrate revenue accounting for new acquisitions.
• Develop scalable, automated revenue recognition processes.
• Build, develop, and lead a global Revenue team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, with 5+ years leading a revenue function; knowledge of IFRS 15/ASC 606.
• Track record in process reengineering, automation, and finance technology implementation.
• Ability to drive execution, partnering with Finance, Operations, Legal, and IT to align revenue processes with business objectives.
• Experience managing SOx compliance, audit processes, and financial governance in a global environment.
• Accomplished in building, leading, and mentoring teams across diverse cultures and business practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the influence senior leaders and drive change at all levels.
