Job Description
West Cancer Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Infusion RN to join their team in Memphis, TN. This role is crucial in providing safe and effective infusion services, including chemotherapy administration, to patients undergoing cancer treatment. The Infusion RN will work within an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments.
- Administering chemotherapy and other infusion therapies.
- Managing venous access devices.
- Educating patients and caregivers.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Documenting patient data and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical, surgical, or clinical setting.
- Current RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
