Whatnot is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This role focuses on driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with sellers on the Whatnot platform. The Account Manager will collaborate with influential partners, develop strategies for growth and innovation, and work with cross-functional teams to advocate for seller needs. Whatnot is one of the fastest growing marketplaces, looking for bold, forward-thinking problem solvers across all functional areas.
What this role involves: - Developing and nurturing strong seller relationships.
- Understanding seller business and growth opportunities.
- Growing seller business through data-driven recommendations.
- Managing a targeted book of business.
- Driving in-quarter business growth and product adoption.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to share insights.
- Advocating for sellers and their needs.
- Performing project management on initiatives.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in sales and/or account management.
- Past experience growing and scaling Account Management teams within an organization.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, AirTable, Sigma, and other tools.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
