Vendor Manager

Job Description

Whatnot is seeking a Vendor Manager to scale their outsourcing footprint and ensure excellent performance within partner sites. This role involves driving continuous improvement, leading strategic sourcing processes, and developing a deep understanding of Whatnot's product and policies. The Vendor Manager will communicate progress to internal and external partners and work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.Role involves:

• Scaling Whatnot's outsourcing footprint.
• Driving performance and continuous improvement within partner sites.
• Leading strategic sourcing processes.
• Communicating progress to internal and external partners.
• Working cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of diverse experience in scalable operations.
• Experience managing external (3rd party vendor partners).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional skills.
• Ability to shift priorities quickly.
• Strong analytical and data orientation.
• Experience in project management.
• Track record of driving process improvements and cost optimizations.
