Whatnot is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join their Ads team in Poland. Whatnot is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe to buy, sell, and discover the things you love.
The Fullstack Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining web apps, developing new features and potentially working around infrastructure. They will focus on the web-based aspects of ad flows and the ad dashboard, with occasional backend work. The ideal candidate will understand buyer and seller experiences and become an expert in helping them effectively scale their business through ads & monetization products.
Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of Whatnot's Kraków, Poland hub.
- Build highly scalable Ads system

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience, particularly an expert in frontend web development with React
- Experience using GraphQL for API development
- Experience with modern frontend applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of user-facing frontend and UX
- Open to doing backend work when required
- Excellent product instincts
- Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end
- Strong ownership instincts
- Ability to pick up on new technologies quickly
