Job Description
Whatnot is seeking an Account Executive (French Speaking) to join their team in Berlin, Germany. This role focuses on expanding Whatnot’s supply by acquiring and nurturing new livestream sellers. The Account Executive will manage their own portfolio, overseeing the entire sales cycle from pitching to onboarding, and providing strategic coaching to facilitate growth. The primary goal is to consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Role Involves:
- Deeply understanding the end-to-end sales process.
- Becoming the go-to expert on scaling businesses with Whatnot.
- Sourcing and prospecting sellers.
- Leading sales calls with seller prospects.
- Closing sellers and onboarding them onto the platform.
- Utilizing key data points to assess seller growth.
- Collaborating with internal partners to develop business growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
- Fluent in French and English with a deep understanding of the Benelux market.
- Passion for Whatnot's mission and community needs.
- Scrappy and flexible in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling and closing deals.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Analytical with business acumen.
