TheFork is seeking a Head of Software Architecture to shape long-term architectural standards and drive cross-functional alignment. The role reports to the Platform Engineering Director and collaborates with DevOps, Quality, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and the CTO office.
Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop the architecture team to uphold technical coherence and security standards.
- Define and implement a scalable technical strategy across software, cloud, and data architectures.
- Support data architecture initiatives, ensuring support for data lake and warehouse solutions.
- Champion enterprise architecture practices to support scalability, security, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Data Science, DevOps, and Engineering.
- Foster a culture of innovation and quality, promoting continual learning and improvement.
- Animate transversal teams and facilitate transversal initiatives and communities/guilds.
Requirements: - Extensive experience in software, cloud, or data architecture.
- Proven leadership skills (5+ years) in managing technical teams.
- In-depth cloud knowledge (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Data architecture proficiency and experience in designing scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with success working with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strategic and solution-oriented.
