The Fork is seeking an Assistant/e Chef de Projet Awards Intern to join their team for a 6-month internship. The intern will support the company's mission to connect restaurants with food enthusiasts. The intern will be involved in various aspects of TheFork Awards, focusing on administration, communication, and coordination.

Role Involves:

  • Administering TheFork Awards website, including technical management, content updates, and engagement activities.
  • Supporting social media and blog communication, ensuring alignment with the marketing team.
  • Managing relationships with premium restaurants participating in TheFork Awards.
  • Coordinating with sponsors, handling communication materials, and ensuring visibility across online and offline platforms.
  • Serving as a direct point of contact for premium restaurants.
  • Drafting contracts in collaboration with the legal team.
  • Participating in the organization and coordination of events such as SoirĂ©es entre Chefs and TheFork Awards.
  • Monitoring partner specifications to ensure visibility during events.
  • Writing event reports for senior management and partners.
