Viator is seeking an Associate Destination Manager to oversee the health and quality of their product offerings in Japan. This role involves understanding market trends, optimizing product offerings, and growing Viator's presence within the assigned territory. The Associate Destination Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders to align on product offerings, maintain a competitive advantage, and meet/exceed destination-level KPIs.
Responsibilities: - Ensuring best-in-class product offerings.
- Strategically acquiring new inventory.
- Establishing and growing key supplier relationships.
- Negotiating favorable commercial terms.
- Monitoring key metrics and taking action.
- Improving product quality.
Requirements: - 2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience.
- Travel industry experience is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven.
