Finance and Strategy Specialist, Nigeria at Paystack

Paystack is seeking a Finance and Strategy Specialist to join their dynamic team. Based in Nigeria, this role within Paystack's Finance & Strategy team offers a unique opportunity to influence key strategic decisions and drive financial insights. The Finance & Strategy team works on financial planning & analysis, product & pricing strategy, as well as go-to-market engagements.

The role involves supporting leadership in financial analysis and strategic initiatives, reporting for various markets accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage financial background to influence strategic decisions.
• Drive reporting and process improvements for finance routines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategy recommendations.
• Build and own models for in-depth analyses.
• Drive continuous process improvement and reporting enhancements.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
• Experience building integrated models.
• Experience driving finance processes and negotiations.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
• Proven ability to be a self-starter.
• Ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of G-Suite tools and MS-Office products.
• Solution-oriented mindset and proactive.
