TheFork is seeking a B2B Communication Specialist to join their marketing team in France. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent communication across all customer touchpoints for restaurant partners, working closely with the B2B Marketing and sales teams.

Role Involves:

  • Defining and implementing a content marketing approach to support acquisition and retention objectives.
  • Ensuring all B2B communications align with brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Supporting the B2B website revamp in collaboration with the global B2B marketing team.
  • Defining the yearly communication plan to support strategies for prospects and clients.
  • Producing marketing-related content (written and visual) for the offer.
  • Coordinating and publishing content on various touchpoints like the B2B website, blog, and social pages.
  • Supporting the central B2B marketing team in defining assets for paid levers.
  • Managing sales material and aligning with sales and customer success teams.
  • Leveraging PR and social media to enhance visibility.
  • Supporting the deployment of B2B events and managing visual identity.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in marketing / communication studies
  • First experience in communication
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create inspiring content
  • A wide degree of creativity
  • Rigorous & pay attention to details
  • Native level of French, fluent in English
  • Loves food
