Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Field Sales Manager to expand its product offerings by acquiring new suppliers in the London area. The role requires a candidate with excellent sales and communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a history of exceeding targets. The Field Sales Manager should be a proactive and motivated brand ambassador, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating terms with suppliers to close new business.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and making outbound calls.
  • Engaging with destination marketing organizations and trade groups.
  • Positioning distribution platform and value proposition.
  • Adapting customer engagement to overcome objections.
  • Achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Collaborating with sales, support, and account management teams.
  • Traveling to meet targets and attend trade events.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably online.
  • Travel industry experience preferred.
  • Strong phone sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven record of contracting new business.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a hunter mentality.
  • Self-starter with the ability to deliver without supervision.
  • Confident, energetic, and adaptable.
