Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, the Senior Product Analyst will be a leader within the Product Analytics team, working closely with the Product Pod to drive product improvement through data, analytics, and insights. The analyst will lead on experimentation and AB testing, running analyses and mentoring others. They will also play a key role in creating reporting, analytics, and insight views to help the team understand product, customer, and commercial performance.

Viator is looking for someone with significant experience in a related analytical role and a Bachelor's degree in an analytical field. What this role involves:

  • Driving improvement in the product through data, analytics, and insight
  • Leading on Experimentation and AB Testing
  • Finding opportunities to improve customer experience through Funnel, Feature and Cohort Analysis
  • Creating reporting, analytics and insight views
  • Segmentation, cohorts and customer understanding

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Significant Experience in a related analytical role
  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (maths, economics, engineering, statistics, computer science etc)
  • Skills - Advanced SQL, AB Testing / Experimentation, Tableau/Looker, Excel etc
  • Knowledge of Product Analytics, AB Testing, Conversion Optimisation, Funnel and Feature Analysis
  • Customer Focus - passion for customer understanding and their experience
  • Collaboration skills
