Job Description
Viator is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their team in Lisbon. This role is within the Product Analytics team, working closely with the Product Pod, and will be responsible for driving product improvement through data, analytics, and insight. The Senior Product Analyst will lead on Experimentation and AB Testing, running analyses and mentoring others.
What this role involves:
- Leading on Experimentation and AB Testing.
- Finding opportunities to improve customer experience through Funnel, Feature, and Cohort Analysis.
- Working with the Product Pod to provide insight that drives change.
- Creating reporting, analytics, and insight views to help the team understand product, customer, and commercial performance.
- Customer segmentation and cohort analysis.
What candidate should bring to the team:
- Significant experience in a related analytical role (Product Analyst, Data Science - Product, CRO, Digital Analytics, or Experimentation Analyst).
- Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (maths, economics, engineering, statistics, computer science etc).
- Advanced SQL, AB Testing / Experimentation, Tableau/Looker, Excel skills.
- Proactive with the ability to lead analytics discussions, driving change, and shaping approach.
- Knowledge of and experience in Product Analytics, covering AB Testing, Conversion Optimisation, Funnel and Feature Analysis.
- Customer focus with experience in Segmentation and Cohort Analysis.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, Design teams.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Leadership skills.
