TheFork is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in Milan. The successful candidate will envision and bring to life how people experience TheFork's products. They will transform opportunities into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use experiences, working in a collaborative, international environment.
The role involves:
- Exploring and discovering the right problems to solve and building the best solutions.
- Developing a strong user-centric design mindset.
- Identifying and building innovative experiences for diners.
- Bridging design and development through understanding of front-end development.
- Managing user research activities.
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and other Product Designers.
- Improving TheFork's design system and spreading best practices.
- Presenting work in an engaging and thoughtful manner.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience working as a Product Designer.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Strong communication skills.
- Learning mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
