TheFork is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Turin to envision and bring to life exceptional user experiences for its products. The ideal candidate will transform opportunities into intuitive designs, collaborating within a team environment and interacting with international colleagues. This role requires constant evolution and adaptation to meet the changing needs of the product, market, and consumers.Responsibilities include:
- Exploring and discovering the right problems to solve and build solutions.
- Developing user-centric design solutions.
- Identifying and building innovative experiences for diners.
- Bridging design and development.
- Understanding user research methodologies and managing research activities.
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and Product Designers.
- Improving the design system and spreading best practices.
- Presenting work clearly and thoughtfully.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Effective communication skills.
- Learning mindset.
- Results-oriented approach.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Front-end development skills (a plus).
- Permanent contract
