Senior Product Director, Data, Martech & Experimentation (Viator)

Viator is seeking a Senior Product Director to lead their Data, Martech & Experimentation team. This role will focus on internal platforms across Data, Machine Learning, Experimentation, Martech, and Customer Service (CS). The Senior Product Director is expected to drive strategic vision, build scalable capabilities and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

Viator is open to candidates working from one of their European offices (Oxford, London, Lisbon, or Krakow) or fully remote with regular travel to offices for collaboration.

What this role involves:

• Leading initiatives across Viator’s internal platforms.
• Managing a team of Product Managers.
• Driving a strategic vision for internal platforms.
• Building scalable, flexible, and high-impact capabilities.
• Defining success metrics, KPIs, and data-driven insights.
• Owning and communicating a platform roadmap.
• Developing strong partnerships with stakeholders
• Advocating for the importance of internal platforms
• Staying ahead of industry trends in AI, ML, data, martech and automation.

Viator is looking for someone who has:

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams building Data, ML, or Martech products.
• Strong technical understanding of data platforms and AI-driven products.
• Experience building platform products that serve internal teams across an organization.
• Deep appreciation for technical requirements for platforms such as performance, availability, resilience and security
• Deep stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with data tools and insights.
• Experience with build versus buy decisions and experience  with selecting and integrating third-party technologies.
• Passion for technology and able to scale teams and processes.
