The Account Manager will play a crucial role in supporting restaurant partners and driving their success.
Role Involves:
- Managing restaurant partners in the DACH region and expanding collaboration.
- Providing qualified advice to optimize restaurant occupancy and increase sales.
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring measures to increase visibility and performance.
- Advising on positioning strategies and customer loyalty.
- Managing campaigns and organizing marketing activities.
- Providing on-site support and maintaining customer relationships.
- Actively selling and training partners in using TheFork Manager software.
Requirements:
- Experience in account management.
- Background in hospitality or gastronomy is ideal.
- Strong customer orientation and service passion.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Result-oriented and structured way of working.
- Very good German and English skills.
