TheFork is seeking an Account Manager to join their DACH region team in Vienna. The company believes in creating memorable moments through restaurant culture, connecting restaurants with enthusiastic diners through innovative products like TheFork App and TheFork Manager. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in supporting restaurant partners and driving their success.

Role Involves:

  • Managing restaurant partners in the DACH region and expanding collaboration.
  • Providing qualified advice to optimize restaurant occupancy and increase sales.
  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring measures to increase visibility and performance.
  • Advising on positioning strategies and customer loyalty.
  • Managing campaigns and organizing marketing activities.
  • Providing on-site support and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Actively selling and training partners in using TheFork Manager software.

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management.
  • Background in hospitality or gastronomy is ideal.
  • Strong customer orientation and service passion.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Result-oriented and structured way of working.
  • Very good German and English skills.
